PROCEDURE AND HOW TO CHANGE OR RETURN PRODUCTS POLICY AT GOLDEN ACE

In order to bring to customers the best experience and service, GOLDEN ACE also support the simplest way of change or return of products within 7 days of received. Please kindly carefully read the condition for change or return of products. GOLDEN ACE will not accept the product if it does not meet one of the following criteria, and customer will shoulder for both ways shipment fees (send to GOLDEN ACE and GOLDEN ACE resend the products)

CONDITIONS FOR CHANGE OR RETURN PRODUCT:
• VAT invoice must not be damaged, ripped or erased.
• Must be within 7 days from day receive the product.
• Full product packaging of GOLDEN ACE
• Product for change or return must not be scratch, damage and must be at the same condition when our customer service staff has confirmed with customer before delivery the product.
Notes:
- Change or return product policy only applies to product produces by GOLDEN ACE and does not meet the order’s standard that has been requested.
– This policy does not apply for products on promotion or discount.
– Return policy does not apply for custom design product.

RETURN PROCEDURE
1. Fill out the “Return of Product” form:
Choose 1 of the 4 option for each product return: 1– Do not like the colour. 2- Inappropriate product delivered, 3- Product faulty, 4- Other.
2. Fully pack of the return product:
Fully pack the product with VAT invoice receipt and “Return of Product” form send directly back to GOLDEN ACE.
3. Send the package back to GOLDEN ACE:
• Option 1: Bring the package in person directly to GOLDEN ACE showroom at 57A Hung Vuong, Ward 4, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Option 2: After packing the product and send directly to GOLDEN ACE showroom at 57A Hung Vuong, Ward 4, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Inform our staff via email at customer.service@goldenace.vn
4. Receive payment:
• In order to process this procedure the fastest possible, GOLDEN ACE will make the payment follow the information that customer has registered with GODLEN ACE via email at customer.service@goldenace.vn after our staff has confirmed the details with customer via phone call.
• To change the payment detail please contact out customer service staff.
CHANGE OF PRODUCT PROCEDURE
Please kindly contact our customer service staff to register for a change of product (same product).
Within 7 days from the day receive the product, if you want to change the product, depends on your area, please follow the following procedure:
Ho Chi Minh City:
• Please contact our customer service staff via our Hotline (08)66 789 789
Other areas:
• Contact customer service staff of GOLDEN ACE to register for a change of product and we will hold your wanted product for 7 days
• Fully pack the product as the original state and send back to GOLDEN ACE via post or any shipping service as desire.
• Right after receive the product from customer, GOLDEN ACE will prepare to resend the new product as customer desires.
Notes:
– Within 7 days: GOLDEN ACE only puts a hold on the product you wanted to change to.
– After 7 days: If GOLDEN ACE still has not received the product from customer, your request still valid, unless the product you requested for is out of stock then GOLDEN ACE will still process youtr order and make a refund for you.
– After 15 days: Your request will be expire.
