Do i need to set up an account to place an order?

After you place your request, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.

Can i track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

As the official golden ace website, you can be sure that every product that we see is 100% golden ace’s authentic and almost handcrafted invietnam.

The products are always included in authentic lacquer wooden box, which contains: leather key holder pad, authentication card proved it hand made by golden ace, a genuine leather handcase for your mobile.

Can i add some words, logo or any special character to an existing design?

Yup. It is completely possible.

By using the laser-engraving technique and digital & chemical etching technique, it’s recently allow to customize your products.

How much does shipping cost

Shipping is free to your door for any places in the world.

How long does it take to receive my order? Where is my order?

Handsets – all handsets are handcrafted in vietnamas golden ace’s authorized products to order, because of the painstaking techniques and exquisite craftsmanship needed to produce one of our handsets please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We will advise you exactly how long your order will take when you place your order.
The above timings are a guide and are not guaranteed. In fact, golden ace is not responsible for any delays.

Which addresses does goldenace.vn not ship to?

Please note we are unable to ship to hotels, university halls of residence, post office boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

Which countries does goldenace ship to?

We currently ships to the following countries:
thailand, cambodia, austria, cyprus, dubai, estonia, singapore, germany, russia, greece, italy, luxembourg, portugal, spain, united kingdom, canada.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our head office to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by our insurance and they become your sole responsibility.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Do i need to sign for my order?

Sure, we advise you need to do so. Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

Can i change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery time.

How much duties and taxes will i have to pay?

All products handcrafted by golden ace are special handsets, even nobody can determine which kind it belong to. So, you may pay all the duties and taxes as required before the items picked up.

After that, we would learn those taxes from your case and will include in the product’s price in the next time.

Returns and exchanges using our service

To return an order, you need to request by sending us a the required mail of exchange order / returns attached with your reason (within 14 days) of receiving your order.

Receiving your returns

1. Email customer.service@goldenace.vn with your order details and order number requesting a ordered return number.

2. Our customer care center will then contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect your return.

3. Please use the original packaging when you send our order back to us.

4. We will notify you once we have received your return, if the item is in an unused and undamaged condition you will receive a full refund (after shipping cost was deducted).

Returns policy

Items should be returned new, unused and with all original packaging. In addition, for handsets you should not insert a sim card or battery or turn the handset.  We may not accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.

Please be aware that it can take up from 10 to 20 days for the refund to appear in your account.
